This mouthwatering dinner meal is perfect in so many ways! Whether it’s the 30 minute cooking time, the handful of easy ingredients or the budget-friendly nature, it’ll be hard not to fall madly in love with it after the first bite.
However, another great thing about this tasty meal is the fact that there are many ways you can choose to serve it up. You can either use it as a main meal with a side salad or you can use it as a tasty, creamy side dish alongside a more filling main – but either way, it’s still going to taste delicious!
Ingredients
- 500g pkt diced butternut pumpkin
- 600g pkt beef ravioli
- 2 x 425g tubs pasta sauce
- 1 cup (120g) coarsely grated pizza cheese
- 210g ciabatta filled with garlic & parsley Spread
Method
- Preheat oven to 220C. Cook pumpkin following packet directions. Cook ravioli in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins or until tender. Drain.
- Place one-third of the ravioli in a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish. Top with one-third of the pumpkin, one-third of the pasta sauce and 1/4 cup (30g) cheese. Continue layering with the remaining ravioli, pumpkin, pasta sauce and cheese, finishing with cheese. Bake for 20 mins or until heated through and golden
- Meanwhile, cook the ciabatta following packet directions. Serve the ravioli bake with ciabatta.
