Jacqui Lambie launches foul-mouthed attack on pollies ahead of I’m a Celebrity

Jacqui Lambie has launched an epic verbal attack on Aussie politicians as she prepares to join a host of stars on Channel 10’s I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

From slamming Julie Bishop for her stance on bullying, to branding Malcolm Turnbull a “coward”, calling her replacement a “f**king c**t” and even launching into a religious outburst, the former senator held nothing back in an exclusive chat with News Corp Australia.

It comes as Channel 10 confirmed she would be entering the jungle for the Australian version of the reality show on Sunday, alongside the likes of her former political rival Sam Dastyari and Dermott Brereton.

Taking aim at Bishop first, the 47-year-old claimed she had always made it clear that parliament was a “Boys Club’, but blamed Bishop for not standing up to the issue herself.

“She’s been up there for ages, so I just find it… women like that don’t have my respect,” Jacqui told the news outlet.

From there she turned to former PM Tony Abbott, saying he had to be axed as his “horror budget of 2013″ could have finished Tasmanians off.

Meanwhile, while she told the news outlet that Turnbull’s time in power offered hope again to Aussies, she then branded him a “coward” for apparently not standing up enough to his own party.

Some of her most fiery words went to Barnaby Joyce in the interview however, as she spoke out on his call to allow wives and girlfriends to work as staffers following his highly publicised affair with Vikki Campion.

Branding him selfish, she told News Corp: “How about you just do the right thing and leave your f**king thing in your pants, that’d work.”

Jacqui was forced to give up her election dream in 2016 when a High Court found her father’s Scottish heritage made her a dual citizen and former cohort Steve Martin inherited her seat by default at the time. However, she has now slammed him for not stepping aside since to allow her to return.

“I don’t like mentioning his name, but you could have stepped aside, you f***ing c**t and I’m coming back for my seat,” she vowed.

Finally, Jacqui held nothing back as she insisted she’s already booked her spot in Heaven to meet God and have some words with Him about a few issues.

However, on a more sombre note, the opinionated politician admitted in the tell-all chat that her father has suffered over the past years of her career – especially when she was struggling with depression and even attempted suicide in 2009.

She admitted, for him, it has been especially hard as he’s had the shock of her own personal battles along with blaming himself as it was his Scottish heritage that saw her disqualified.

Jacqui will now join former rival and disgraced former Labor Senator Sam Dastyari on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! on Channel 10 as well as gossip guru Richard Reid, 53, retired AFL player Dermott Brereton, and Gogglebox’s Angie Kent and Yvie Jones.

I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! starts at 7.30pm tonight, Sunday January 13, on Ten.
