Former Baywatch actor David Hasselhoff, 66, tied the knot with his fiancé Hayley Roberts, 38, in an intimate ceremony in Italy on Tuesday, his representatives confirmed to People magazine.

It’s claimed the star, also known as ‘The Hoff’, jetted his daughters Taylor, 28, and Hayley, 25, out to Europe for his nuptials to the Welsh model, who he has been dating for seven years.

The couple met in 2011 when David was a judge on Britain’s Got Talent. He was filming auditions at a hotel and Hayley approached him for an autograph. He reportedly said he’d only give it to her if she gave him her phone number.

The couple announced their engagement in May 2016 via Hello! magazine with Hayley gushing of the Malibu proposal: “We were both in tears. I genuinely had no idea he was going to do that. I’m still so overwhelmed.”

There’s a bit of an age difference between the new husband and wife, but Hayley has spoken out about it before. “I don’t what to miss out on being with someone I love because of what might happen down the line,” she told Hello! at the time of their engagement.

The Knight Rider actor has been married twice before, and it would appear David has an interest in younger ladies. From 1984 to 1989 he was married to Catherine Hickland who was four years younger, and from 1989 to 2006 he was married to Pamela Bach who was 11 years his junior.

In a wide-ranging interview with UK’s Mirror in 2015, David outlined his love life, personal life, and battle with booze. He said he’s fitter and healthier (in all departments) than ever before.

“Do I take Viagra? No, I really don’t need to.” So how does he maintain such stamina? “I take a lot of amino acids and the funny thing about aminos is that if you take the right amount it gets your blood flowing… the same as Viagra.”
