Veteran British singer Engelbert Humperdinck will return to Australia in July 2026 with The Celebration Tour, extending his current run of international dates.

The Australasian leg follows performances in New Zealand and is an extension of Humperdinck’s United States tour, which begins this month in Arizona. He will be supported on stage by his band and will perform selections from his extensive catalogue.

The Australian itinerary includes shows in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Sydney, with tickets going on sale in February. Humperdinck last performed in Australia in 2024.

Humperdinck, who turns 90 on May 2, has maintained a career spanning more than six decades. His achievements include record sales exceeding 150 million worldwide, 64 gold albums, 35 platinum albums, four Grammy nominations, a Golden Globe and stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Las Vegas Walk of Fame and Leicester Walk of Fame.

He first rose to international prominence during the 1960s, achieving major chart success with ‘Release Me’, which spent 56 consecutive weeks on the charts and reached number one in 11 countries. He has continued to tour extensively in the decades since, performing to sell-out audiences around the world.

In recent years, Humperdinck’s music has reached new audiences through film and television placements, including ‘A Man Without Love’ in Marvel’s Moon Knight series, ‘Forever Blowing Bubbles’ in Sony Pictures’ Bullet Train, and ‘Quando, Quando, Quando’ in Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy.

In November 2023, a feature-length documentary, titled ‘Engelbert Humperdinck: The Legend Continues’ was released, offering behind-the-scenes access to the singer’s personal and professional life. Directed by Steven Murray, the film includes concert footage, interviews and narration by Humperdinck.
