Air fryers have changed the dinner game and these sticky honey soy salmon bites are proof. Crispy on the outside, tender in the middle and ready in under 20 minutes, they’re perfect for busy weeknights.
Serve them over rice, in wraps or straight from the bowl if nobody’s watching.
500g salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Spring onions to serve
Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder and sesame oil.
Toss salmon through marinade.
Place in air fryer basket and cook at 200C for 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions before serving.
TIP
Pat the salmon dry before marinating. It helps the glaze cling better and gives you those beautiful caramelised edges everyone loves.
