Christmas Eve calls for drinks that suit our warm summer nights, relaxed gatherings and outdoor celebrations. While the northern hemisphere leans into mulled wine and heavy cocktails, we embrace bright, refreshing flavours that pair perfectly with seafood, BBQs and backyard fun. These three traditional Australian Christmas Eve drinks – two with alcohol and one festive mocktail – are easy to make, beautifully seasonal and guaranteed to keep everyone in the holiday spirit.
