About Stephen Jenkins

General Counsel and Head of Employment Relations, Motor Traders’​ Association of NSW Significant legal nouse, extensive C-suite and board experience, and a deep passion for the automotive industry and the environment. All of these accurately describe the Motor Traders’ Association of NSW’s (MTA NSW) general counsel and company secretary, Stephen Jenkins. Stephen joined the MTA NSW in 2019 and is in charge of its in-house legal and employment relations team that includes four staff. His day-to-day role includes, overview of all contractual, governance and compliance requirements of MTA NSW, liaising with Government Regulators, advice to members on a range of legal issues and overseeing the engagement activities of member services.
