Scottie B spent nine years as a defensive and advanced driver trainer, both in Australia and overseas before the adventure bug struck! He has since been a full-time expedition instructor for over 16 years. Completing the rigorous Mountaincraft course in the late 1990s, he moved into freelance expedition work before establishing his own adventure expedition company. After a few years and with a young family to consider, Scottie B worked in outdoor education for schools. He now runs a camping store, undertakes niche customer expeditions and passionately believes that there is great power and magic at the intersection of human relationships and the natural environment.
