Judy has a mixed background in both private and public sector. She has worked as the General Manager of a large national communications company in the private sector as well as a Mine Manager. In the public sector she has worked in the policy development area in employment, including developing. implementing and managing the Experience Pays Awareness Strategy, a Queensland government program promoting the benefits of older workers (officially those over the age of 45).
