About John McIlroy
John’s career has spanned the financial services, accounting and tax fields for over 35 years. Over that period, John has been at the forefront of many new financial product developments, including the development of allocated pensions, annuities, ‘wrap’ accounts, advanced administration and technology solutions for SMSFs. He has also been involved with managed discretionary accounts for over 25 years and is Executive Director at Crystal Wealth Partners.
John has written four books on superannuation, including the best-selling ‘Superannuation Explained Simply’, and held key management roles within organisations including Bain and Company, Deutsche Bank and AXA/AMP.
