She created “The Flying Foodie” for Virgin Australia, an exciting food and travel portal with delicious content, was a magazine editor for an over 50’s lifestyle magazine, co-hosted the food and travel program ‘A Taste of Travel’ on Channel Ten and has been an ambassador for a number of brands including currently the ambassador for Brisbane City Council.
