The Morning Show host Larry Emdur has left the internet in a fit of laughter after sharing a parody poster inspired by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s newly released Netflix docu-series.

Emdur and fill-in co-host Sally Bowrey took to social media to share a snap of their cheeky photo-op, with the TV personalities even mimicking the Sussex’s outfits.

“Netflix has another controversial docuseries ready to drop, and our own Larry Emdur is set to reveal what *really* happens behind the scenes at The Morning Show,” the post’s caption read.

Emdur also shared the parody poster on his own personal account, telling his fans that Larry and Sally was a “must see” and to immediately watch their “controversial new documentary” adding that he “blows the lid on all the horrible things The Firm has forced me to do like Celebrity Splash and Dancing with the Stars.”

Fans were quick to join in on the joke and took to the comment section to share their own cheeky remarks.

“Not long before you and Haz have the same haircut @larryemdur #royaldevonpatch” Sunrise news presenter Edwina Bartholomew joked.

“Would rather watch this than Ginger & Whinger,” another user commented.

“Forget Harry and Meghan, can we please fast forward to Larry and Sally??”

“I almost took this seriously lol. Bloody funny Larry,” said another.

This isn’t the first time Emdur has poked fun at the royal couple. In early October, Emdur and The Morning Show co-host Kylie Gillies recreated another one of the couple’s photos.

“The Duke and Duchess of BS. That’s my caption,” Gillies wrote alongside the photo.

“Larry’s caption is: ‘At least two men in this photo have played naked billiards in Vegas. And at least two women in this photo would do anything to get the keys to a Castle’.

“I think @larryemdur‘s caption wins.”

Emdur and Gillies’ light-hearted jab came in response to Harry and Meghan’s portraits that show the couple waiting backstage at the One Young World summit where Markle was a keynote speaker.

Despite claiming to want a quiet life outside the spotlight, Harry and Meghan have once again been making headlines after having made announcements of their newly released tell-all books, podcasts, and now docu-series titled Harry and Meghan.

Harry and Meghan will have a total of 6 episodes that will explore the high profile couple’s relationship while taking an in depth look at the many controversies and intense media scrutiny that the pair have faced during their courtship.

The first three episodes of the series will be available for streaming from December 8 with the final three episodes being released on December 15.
