In a grand affair that rivals that of King Charles III’s royal coronation, the Jordan Royal Family welcomed an assembly of guests from across the globe to celebrate the wedding of Hussein, the Crown Prince of Jordan, to bride Rajwa Al Saif. Naturally, the event was a striking fashion affair.

Long gowns, airy capes, and dramatic sleeves were a common look for the high-profile guest, while others opted for a more polished political look.

Queen Rania of Jordan

Mother of the groom, Queen Rania of Jordan, greeted guests in a timeless, sophisticated, high-neck black Dior dress. The gown boasted gold-toned embroidery delicately embellished on the back, wrists, and throat. She paired the look with a matching gold clutch, gold dangling earrings and wore her caramel-coloured locks in a chic updo.

Catherine, Princess of Wales

Catherine, Princess of Wales, who was accompanied by her husband Prince William, donned an exquisite, soft blush gown designed by the renowned Lebanese fashion designer, Elie Saab.

The soft, high-necked ensemble exuded elegance, embellished with intricate lacework that perfectly matched the gown’s delicate hue. A touch of allure was added through discreetly sheer panels incorporated into the floor-length skirt, completing a truly mesmerising look.

Catherine wore her hair down in soft curls and sported her usual natural make-up look.

Princess Beatrice

Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were also in attendance at the royal wedding. The British royal was sparking in a Cinderellaesque gown by Needle & Thread.

The exquisite gown features multiple tiers of crystal blue ruffle tulle, long embellished sleeves, delicate button fastenings, sheer panels, and ruffle-trimmed hems. She completed her look with matching blue heels and a blue clutch.

Mary, Crown Princess of Denmark

Crown Princess Mary of Denmark made a stylish appearance at the ceremony, donning an elegant “Agnes” silk floral print gown designed by Erdem. To complete her look with a blue hair bow, for a touch of daytime sophistication, and wore watching blue Manolo Blahnik pumps.

It is understood that Mary wasn’t the only royal attendee who opted for a floral look for the day’s event. Both Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands arrived in flowery gowns.

Crown Prince Hussein and Rajwa’s wedding comes less than three months after that of his sister, Princess Iman’s, wedding to Jameel Alexander Thermiótis.
