It’s another spring baby for the royals!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have happily revealed they are expecting their third child in April next year.

The Duchess has finally come through her tricky first trimester in which she battled an acute form of morning sickness known as hyperemesis gravidarum, allowing the Palace to share the happy news with the rest of the world.

The couples’ daughter Princess Charlotte, 2, was born on May 2, meaning she could be celebrating her next birthday just weeks or even days after her new sibling is welcomed into the world.

Media speculation on Kate’s exact due date reached fever pitched in the final weeks of her previous pregnancies and will no doubt have royal fans on the edge of their seats again come April.

For now, it appears Kate is happy enjoying the early days of her third pregnancy, showing off the tiniest baby bump at a royal engagement in London on Monday with her husband Prince William and Prince Harry.

The royal trio were all smiles as they made an appearance at a Charities Forum event at London’s Paddington Station with the Duchess even showing off her dance moves and taking a twirl with Paddington Bear.

Punters have already started placing bets on the new baby’s sex and name with odds currently swinging towards a girl named Alice.

Do you think the new royal baby will be a boy or a girl? Is it nice to see Kate recovered from her morning sickness? Did you have morning sickness when you were pregnant?
