Chloe Lattanzi posts update on mum, Olivia Newton-John

The star's daughter posted the video to her Instagram account.

Olivia Newton-John’s daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, has posted a video with a little update on her mum’s condition on Instagram, as the star faces her second battle with cancer.

It turns out she’s surrounding herself by something that would make anyone feel better, at least for a moment – kittens!

“My mamma just sent me this. She’s doing great,” Lattanzi captioned the video.

“At a healing centre with lots of wild kittens! Just wanted to let you all know how well she’s doing. I love you guys. We love you!”

For good measure, she added the hashtags “#f**kcancer #fighter #winning and #ilovemymom.”

The video shows some cute kittens playing together on grass, and Newton-John can be heard in the background making commentary on the kittens’ behaviour.

“Such a good mamma,” she says as one of the kittens grooms another.

The Grease star, 68, was recently diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time after battling the disease in 1992 at the age of 43.

She underwent a partial mastectomy, chemotherapy and breast reconstruction at the time, but this time the cancer has spread to her sacrum, a bone at the base of her spine.

She has been using a combination of therapies this time around, including cannabis oil.

Although it is still a controversial treatment here in Australia, Lattanzi actually owns a legal marijuana farm in Oregon with her fiancé James Driskill, which was reportedly started with a loan from her mum for a “fresh start”.

Isn’t it wonderful to hear she is doing so well?
