Bindi Irwin is once again leaving her fans giddy after sharing a sweet new post about her husband, Chandler Powell.
On Wednesday, November 9, the 24-year-old mother of one took to social media to give her followers an inside look into her wholesome marriage to Chandler. Posting a selfie with a caption that read “not a super early morning person, but this guy makes them wonderful.”
In the photo, the couple is smiling wide at the camera as Bindi leans into her husband’s shoulder. Chandler has his signature Australia Zoo khakis on and looks ready to take on another exciting day at the popular zoo.
Bindi’s followers quickly flocked to the comment section of her post to gush over the sweet snap.
“Just by his facial expression, he seems like such a sweetheart,” one person commented.
“Cuties. You guys are absolutely perfect for each other!” added another.
“You guys are what’s right in the world,” wrote a third.
Bindi and Chandler first met in 2013 when he was in Australia for a wakeboarding competition and visited Australia Zoo where Bindi was giving a tour.
Powell eventually moved to Australia in 2018, following a long-distance relationship between the pair. He proposed to Bindi a year after his move to Oz.
The couple often document their relationship milestones on social media, with Bindi regularly uploading cheeky snapshots of her 1-year-old daughter, Grace Warrior.
Earlier this year, the proud mum delighted fans with a video of Grace taking her first steps.
The special milestone video was posted to Instagram on Wednesday, April 6, featuring a gorgeous Grace smiling with joy as she finds her feet for the first time and makes her way into the arms of her dad.
Bindi can be seen watching on with pride, captioning the post, “Big moment”.
A proud Chandler can be heard encouraging Grace in the background, admiring his young daughter’s newest achievement.
“Good walking!” praises Chandler.
The special moment took place at Australia Zoo, where Grace is getting to know her late grandfather, Steve Irwin, through his legacy and photos featuring his image.
Speaking to People Magazine in May, Bindi revealed Grace had developed a heart-warming fixation with videos of her late father and Grace’s grandfather, Steve Irwin.
“We have so many documentaries of dad, and we’re always playing them for Grace,” Bindi said.
“It’s so fun to watch her study him. I didn’t realise how much dad’s passion for life and his animated facial expressions – I mean, they captivate her.”
