She’s been criticised for her outfits in the past, but Princess Beatrice looked every inch the stylish star as she stepped out in a gorgeous black mini dress for dinner with her boyfriend Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in their home city of London on Tuesday night.
The pair have been dating for around nine months and it seems things must be going well, as the couple were beaming as they made their way into upmarket restaurant Annabel’s.
The princess, whose younger sister Princess Eugenie tied the knot in October last year, showed off her legs in the stylish number, which she paired perfectly with sky-high black stilettos and a mini blue leather bag. Wearing her hair down and straight, Prince Andrew’s daughter accessorised with a trendy headband.
While her businessman boyfriend — who goes by the name ‘Edo’ — was quite the fashionista as well, sporting a navy blue, slim cut suit with a coordinating white shirt and trainers.
Beatrice and Edo are said to have been introduced through mutual friends, according to Town & Country magazine, who reported that their relationship is growing “pretty serious”. According to the publication, Beatrice’s parents were friends with Mozzi’s late stepfather Christopher Shale, who worked in British politics prior to his death in 2011 at Glastonbury festival.
It is also thought to be the Queen’s granddaughter’s first relationship since splitting from her long-term boyfriend of 10 years, Dave Clark, in 2016. The real estate firm CEO, 34, is also father to a young son named Wolfie from a previous relationship.
Meanwhile, Beatrice’s glamorous appearance comes less than a week after she stepped out with sister Eugenie to attend the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival in London on Friday.
Beatrice looked casually chic in a flowy shirt-style dress by Alexander McQueen, which she paired with white sneakers and a black chunky belt, for the star-studded event, while Eugenie kept things casual in a patterned mini dress.
Later that day, Beatrice was spotted arriving at Chiltern Firehouse, a high-end restaurant and hotel, with Edoardo. Princess Beatrice could barely keep the smile off her face as the pair arrived at the restaurant together, having seemingly coordinated their outfits to match each other, both wearing navy blue.
