Camilla is known for her impeccable style on royal outings and she ensured her husband Prince Charles perfectly complimented her latest look as they enjoyed a joint outing together on Friday.

The couple shared a series of loving moments together as they attended the Prince’s Countryside Fund Raceday at Ascot, appearing completely relaxed as they laughed and chatted throughout.

The Duchess of Cornwall, 71, once again stole the show as she wrapped up against the cold air in a stylish tweed jacket and knee-high brown boots.

She had a chic polka dot scarf wrapped round her neck as well as a dazzling gold brooch on her collar, and she completed the look with a large fur-trimmed hat.

Meanwhile, Charles co-ordinated well with his wife as he wore a thick camel-coloured coat to the event over a smart red tie, while coupling them with camel shoes.

The pair were pictured meeting supporters of the fund before they handed out trophies to the winners – even posing for a series of group photos together once the races were completed.

Prince Charles founded the charity fund in 2010 to support British farmers and the countryside, and he later took centre stage as he unveiled a 12ft-high bronze horse head statue – a belated 70th birthday gift from the racecourse.

Charles appeared deep in conversation with his wife at several moments during the day while they shared continued glances in each other’s direction.

The proud grandfather is currently awaiting the arrival of his latest grandchild from son Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, and he recently joked the couple could take inspiration from their royal tour by choosing a very Aussie name for their first child.

While William and Kate chose very royal names for their children, the 70-year-old hinted that his other son might go down a different path, The Mirror reports.

Speaking at a reception celebrating the centenary of Australia House in London, the Prince of Wales claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have quite a long list of potential names since their trip down under. And some iconic Australian names could even make it to the top.

“Incidentally ladies and gentlemen my son Harry tells me that during their recent tour of Australia, he and his wife were offered countless thoughtful suggestions for the naming of their forthcoming baby,” he told the crowd of Aussies and UK residents.

“Just between us, I suspect that Kylie and Shane may possibly make the shortlist”. Charles was of course making reference to Aussie singer Kylie Minogue and cricketer Shane Warne.

However, it seems the couple wouldn’t go as far as naming their royal baby after Aussie comedian Barry Humphries who is known for his stage and television alter egos Dame Edna and Sir Les Patterson.

“But ladies and gentlemen I would not hold your breath for Edna or Les,” The Mirror reports Charles joked.
