Hugh Jackman and stylish wife put on loved-up display at US Open

They’ve been married for 22 years and it looks like there’s still a whole heap of romance between acting legend Hugh Jackman and his stylish wife Deborra-Lee Furness.

The loved-up duo put on a cosy display in matching monochrome ensembles as they attended the US Open on Monday. Hugh posted an adorable snap from the event, with the caption: “Date night with @Deborra_lee at the @usopen #nothingbetter.”

Deborra stunned next to her hunky husband in a loose black shirt and long white shorts, adding a simple straw hat on top of her swept back blonde hair.

Fans were quick to comment, with one writing: “I love that you two are always smiling… blessings to you both.” Another added: “You guys are so beautiful together.” And a third wrote: “That’s so sweet that you guys still date.”

The actors met on the set of the Australian drama Corelli in 1995, and have two children together, Oscar, 18, and Ava, 12.

Hugh is not shy about expressing his love and devotion for his wife on social media, and by the looks of things, these two are going stronger than ever.

Earlier this year, Hugh posted a touching tribute to his wife for their 22nd wedding anniversary.

Taking to Instagram, he wrote: “I believe in life we need to see and truly be seen by the most important people in our lives. Deb, from day one, we had that. 22 years later… it only gets deeper. You and the kids are the greatest gift I will ever receive. I love you a gazillion times around the world.”

And in 2017, he revealed on UK talk show Lorraine that the secret to their marriage success was the fact they shared everything and never spent more than two weeks apart.

“We always said we’d never spend more than two weeks apart. Sometimes life and work does get crazy,” he said at the time. “But we met on my first job when she was already a big star, I was a nobody. So we have shared everything, all the ups and downs, and always will.”
