The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have landed in Germany with their young children as they continue their four-day tour of Europe.

The young royal family arrived in Berlin to a warm welcome, but while the crowd was clearly happy to see them, little Prince George looked like he’d rather be home in bed.

The adorable tot had his grumpy face on and was pictured rubbing his eyes and scowling while his father held his hand at the airport, the young prince no doubt exhausted from the busy schedule.

Thankfully he was granted his nap time not long after and was left with his sister and nanny while William and Kate attended a garden party in honour of the Queen’s birthday.

Kate was stunning in an off-the-shoulder Alexander McQueen maxi dress — the same designer who created her wedding dress — paired with towering nude heels and red earrings.

And it seems the ‘Kate effect’ is still in full swing, with the dress selling out online within hours of her appearance.

Meanwhile, William was dapper as usual, standing by his wife’s side in a blue suit with pink tie.

William gave a speech at the event and spoke about the rich history between England and Germany, reports People.

“The United Kingdom and Germany proudly share the same values,” he said.

“This relationship between the United Kingdom and Germany really matters. It will continue despite Britain’s recent decision to leave the EU.”

He concluded: “I am confident we shall remain the firmest of friends.”

Earlier in the day, the royal couple was swamped by fans in Berlin who had waited in the sun to catch a glimpse of the pair.

They’re weren’t disappointed either, with Kate winning hearts for her generous display.

While royal protocol doesn’t usually condone hugging, Kate was more than happy to have a cuddle with a number of children who ran up to her to say hello.

She was pictured laughing and chatting with them while William spoke with happily watched on.
