When it comes to Hollywood legends, Clint Eastwood is usually at the top of the list.
He’s starred in dozens of hit movies and directed Academy Award-winning films since beginning is career in the 1950s.
But before Eastwood hit the big time with his role in Western series Rawhide, he did some modelling work on the side and the pictures from a 1956 photoshoot have recently reemerged online.
And aren’t we glad they did?!
The photos show a sometimes brooding, sometimes smiling Eastwood hanging out poolside and lifting weights in full old-school movie-star glamour mode.
While Eastwood would grow up to be a staunch Republican, revered actor and constant critic of the ‘PC brigade’, these black and white photos show him as a young kid trying to make it big in Hollywood.
There’s something extremely charming and nostalgic about the photos and we are loving it!
