You’d think that at age 76 Patrick Stewart would know his body a little better than this.
The actor appeared on The Graham Norton Show with his cast mate and good friend Hugh Jackman and had everyone in stitches over a peculiar argument he had with his wife.
Hugh listened in disbelief as Patrick told the audience he had a fight with his wife over whether or not he was circumcised.
Apparently, he had gone his whole life thinking he was and when his wife told him otherwise he was infuriated.
“One night, as you do, we were talking about stuff and of course being circumcised and she said, ‘You’re not circumcised’,” Patrick said.
“I said what do you mean? You’ve only known me all my life. I remember my mother telling me. Why? Because it was fashionable at the time.
“(My wife) said, ‘You’re not circumcised.’ I said, ‘That’s ridiculous! I should know if I’m circumcised. Of course I am, end of conversation’.”
He went on to explain his doctor confirmed to him the next day that he definitely wasn’t circumcised, which sent Hugh into another round of laughter.
While it’s not an argument many could say they’ve had with their partner, it’s certainly amusing!
