Ingredients
- 200g milk chocolate, or dark chocolate, broken
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua, or other liqueur of choice
- 300ml carton thickened cream
- Whipped cream, extra, to serve
- Chocolate, grated, to serve
Method
- Place chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over saucepan of simmering water. Stir for 2-3 minutes until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add in egg yolks and Kahlua and blend together. Cool slightly.
- Whip cream in bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture.
- Add egg whites to a clean bowl. Beat until soft peaks form. Lightly fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into serving dishes. Chill overnight until firm. Serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
