Giveaway: Win a double pass to see Aled Jones in Melbourne or Brisbane!

80s choirboy sensation Aled Jones is coming to Australia – accompanied by a digital projection of his younger self!

Read on for your chance to win a free double pass for one of this week’s performances…

Many Starts at 60 readers will remember Aled Jones best from his days as a Welsh choirboy in the 1980s. His angelic renditions of Ave Maria and Morning has Broken launched a successful media career that continues in the UK to this day, where he remains a beloved TV personality.

Last year Aled made a spectacular musical comeback with his album One Voice  his first top 10 release in more than 30 years. It features newly-unearthed folks recordings of his earliest singing days, discovered on tape in his parents North Wales home sandwiched between his old pants and socks!

In a very special treat for his Australian audiences, Aled takes to the stage for three October shows – in which he’ll be joined on-stage by projections of his younger self for duets such as Danny Boy, Lark in the Clear Air and Walking in the Air. He will also be accompanied on-stage by local choirs in each city.

There are just two shows remaining this week on Aled’s strictly-limited Australian visit. Click here to book your place.

  • Melbourne – Melbourne Recital Centre, Wednesday October 4
  • Brisbane – QPAC Concert Hall, Friday October 6

Thanks to Live National Entertainment, we have two double passes to give away – one for each city – to two lucky Starts at 60 readers. Simply fill out the form below for your chance to win!
