Wimbledon is one of the biggest sports events in the world, yet all eyes were on Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge during the men’s final in London on Sunday.
The happy couple weren’t afraid to share a joke or two as they watched the game from prime position in the Royal Box at the court. They were also joined by British prime minister Theresa May, who just days earlier had met with US president Donald Trump.
During the match, Novak Djokovic won his fourth Wimbledon title, beating Kevin Anderson in three sets. While there was plenty of action happening on court, many onlookers were more interested in what the royal couple were up to.
For their sporting outing, Prince William opted for a smart suit jacket and pant combo. Complete with a tie, belt and watch, it was the perfect outfit for a day of tennis. Meanwhile, 36-year-old Catherine looked radiant in a Dolce and Gabbana dress.
The dress was bright yellow, making the Duchess stand out in the crowd on the warm summer day.
The number fell just below the knee and included frills on the sleeves. The mother-of-three wore her luscious brunette locks down for the tennis match and opted for a natural make-up look. Her ensemble was complete with a cute purple and green bow, a watch, rings, necklace and gorgeous pair of earrings.
It wasn’t Catherine’s first time attending the tennis this Wimbledon season. A day earlier, she sat alongside Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex where the pair watched Angie Kerber win the title against Serena Williams. Similar to her outing with her husband, royal onlookers couldn’t help but notice Catherine bonding and sharing a laugh with her new sister-in-law.
During that outing, she opted for a different outfit, wearing a Jenny Packham dress with ruffle detailing that she topped off with a stunning pair of nude court shoes and a gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana handbag.

It wouldn’t be Wimbledon without celebrities, with an array of other well-known faces also spotted in the crowd. Some included The Theory of Everything star Eddie Redmayne, Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch, Hugh Grant and Tom Hiddleson.
