FREE AT SEA ON NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES WITH ECRUISING

Cruise specialist ecruising.travel is selling a Norwegian Cruise Lines’ Free At Sea promotion with return airfares, pre and post-cruise and stopover accommodation included.

Customers can select one of the following four options to be included completely free when they book before April 10 – unlimited beverage package, speciality dining, shore excursions or WIFI.

One package is the 13-night Taste of Italy, France and Spain which includes a seven-night Barcelona round-trip cruise visiting Naples, Rome and Florence/Pisa in Italy and Cannes and Marseille in France.

Departing on October 23, it also includes transfers in Barcelona and a two-night Dubai stopover. Prices start from $5,029 per person twin share.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT WAIVED

Avalon Waterways has waived single supplements across its entire 2016 season of European river cruises, giving solo travellers the chance to sail at twin-share prices.

The offer is available for bookings until April 8, 2016, and applies to deluxe staterooms (category D and E) aboard all European departures.

Cruises include the Romantic Rhine – eight days between Basel and Amsterdam, from $3360 per person; Burgundy and Provence – 11 days between Paris and the Côte d’Azur, from $4395 per person and Magnificent Europe – 15 days between Budapest and Amsterdam, from $6146 per person.

The company has also waived single supplements on a limited number of cabins aboard its newest ship in Asia, the Avalon Myanmar

BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE

You can ‘buy one, get one free’ for cruises this April on two of Asia’s major rivers, the Ganges and the Brahmaputra, with a deal offered by Active Travel.

The deal, for bookings made by February 26, 2016, allows two passengers to travel for the price of one while travellers cruising solo can sail without paying a single passenger supplement.

The seven-night Brahmaputra cruise begins in the city of Guwahati, departs April 16, and costs from US$1415 (AUD$2027) for two people sharing a twin cabin.

The nine-night Ganges cruise will begin in Kolkata departs April 14, 2016, and costs from US$1995 (AUD$2858) for two people in a twin cabin
