Pete Evans’ wife to get surgery for ‘toxic’ problem

Pete Evans, chef.

Australian chef Pete Evans, also known as ‘Paleo Pete’, and his wife Nicola Robinson Evans head up one of Australia’s most health-obsessed families, if not the most health-obsessed.

They are certainly controversial figures, with not all agreeing with their definition of ‘healthy’, as they shun conventional ideas of health with their paleo diet and lifestyle. Being paleo, they don’t eat grains, and also shun dairy and legumes, they believe fluoride is harmful, and Evans has in the past made comments about the potential for a paleo diet to cure autism, which angered many.

However, it is the hypocrisy of their super health-conscious lifestyle paired with Robinson’s fake breasts and filled-face that tests their influence as promoters of health.

She has admitted in the past that she regrets her decisions when it comes to plastic surgery, telling Channel 7’s Sunday Night back in March,

“I wasn’t leading a natural life, which is why I have two toxic silicon implants attached to my chest.

“I dabbled in fillers, Botox, all sorts of things that were driven by my fear … to try and make myself feel better.”

But all that is set to change today, with Robinson announcing to her followers on Instagram that she will be getting her breast implants removed today.

Using her dog to announce the news, Robinson seemed excited to be taking the step to affirm her health beliefs.

Do you think Nicola Robinson Evans’ decision is a good one?
