Britain’s King Charles and Queen Camilla are spreading festive joy this holiday season with their royal Christmas card, which features a charming photograph taken in the garden of Buckingham Palace.

Captured by renowned photographer Millie Pilkington in April, the image showcases the couple standing side by side, smiling as they enjoy the sunny day.

Queen Camilla exudes elegance in a blue wool crepe dress by Fiona Clare, while King Charles looks relaxed and dignified, with his hand in his pocket, wearing a grey suit and a coordinating blue tie.

The accompanying message reads: “Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year.”

The royal Christmas card was met with an outpouring of admiration, with fans praising the “lovely image” and expressing their affection for the couple.

The royal Christmas card and the festive season arrive after a difficult year for the Royal Family, with both King Charles and Princess Catherine battling cancer.

The King’s health concerns first came to light earlier this year during a hospital stay for a procedure related to benign prostate enlargement.

Subsequent tests revealed the presence of cancer, prompting the King to commence a schedule of regular treatments.

Only weeks later, Princess Catherine issued an emotional message, revealing that she had also been diagnosed with cancer.

Fortunately, both Catherine and Charles have shown positive progress in their health battles, but despite their improvements, Prince William recently shared that the past year has been “dreadful” as he watched his loved ones battle cancer.
