The Chase fan favourite Mark “The Beast” Labbett has once again left fans in awe after sharing yet another inspiring post regarding his weight loss journey.
Taking to Twitter, Labbett shared that he was picking up his “skinny suit,” suggesting that his current wardrobe is now too big for him.
Labbett also tweeted that his last “suits were 58 long and 46/34” and his shirts have gone down from “22-inch collar to 18.5.”
Labbett’s fans wasted no time in expressing their delight and excitement over his remarkable weight loss achievement, telling the TV personality to “pass [his] tips along”.
Not one to shy from sharing his weight loss journey, the 57-year-old had previously taken to social media to show the extent of his weight loss, posting a shirtless selfie with the caption “down to 52-inch chest from 60. So was 5xl, now 2xl.”
Back in February 2021, Labbett shared a side-by-side shot of himself, which showed off his incredible weight-loss progress, but it’s clear from the quiz master’s latest snap that he’s lost even more now.
“Very proud of my progress since following my @mfgoalgettersuk plan,” he captioned the photo at the time.
Labbett has also previously spoken out about his weight-loss journey to chat show Loose Women back in 2019, explaining that his type 2 diabetes diagnosis inspired him to get in shape.
“I have a very good relationship with my body,” he said at the time. “I’m in pretty good shape but recently I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.”
The Brit was surprisingly upbeat about the diagnosis and took full responsibility for it.
“Given the amount of sugar I’ve eaten over the years, I’m not going to complain,” he said.
The star admitted he has, in the past, eaten up to 10 bars of chocolate a day, and accepted that this contributed to his diagnosis.
“I’ve done the crime, so now I’m doing the time,” he told the panel. “But I take the positives out of it.”
