American actress Melanie Griffith is proof that age is just a number as she set pulses racing this week by uploading a series of lingerie photos to social media to raise awareness for breast cancer. The 63-year-old posed at home in her bathroom wearing a saucy pink lingerie set, and it’s safe to say, she looks absolutely incredible!

“I’m joining @kitundergarments in wearing pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month,” she wrote. “And btw [by the way] they are super sexy and oh so comfy.”

Many fans were quick to compliment the Working Girl actress for her stunning figure and youthful looks, leaving adoring comments on her Instagram page. “Looking so beautiful,” one fan wrote. Another added: “I love that you are aging [sic] so gracefully!” While a third wrote: “Gorgeous! You look fabulous.”

While she hasn’t had breast cancer herself, two years ago the actress revealed she had a cancerous spot removed from her nose.

Taking to Instagram at the time, Melanie shared a close-up photo of her face with the top of her nose completely bandaged up, revealing she had dermabrasion to fix her nose following her previous surgery. The actress first had the skin cancer removed in 2017, before undergoing several procedures to fix her nose and the mark left there.

In the photo, she opted for large glasses and minimal make-up, ensuring all focus was on her plastered nose. She wrote: “Bandaged again after having dermabrasion, the final step to fix the now removed basil (sic) cell skin cancer.

“If any of you have it, get it fixed. If you lay in the sun, are exposed to lots of sun, be CAREFUL. Use sunscreen. Get checked out by your dermatologist. If you don’t have one, get one, or go to your nearest clinic and ask to be tested for it. More info to come!”

She previously admitted her concerns that cancer removal surgery could have an impact on her career as an actress while speaking in an interview with InStyle in 2018.

“It’s a scary thing when you’re an actress and you depend on your face for work,” she told the publication. “But I realise I have to put a Band-Aid on it, and it’s fine… I just look like a dork.”
