The Gympie Music Muster is held over 4 action-packed days and nights, in one of Queensland’s most beautiful National State Parks just 2 hours north of Brisbane.

Over the course of the past 30 years the Muster has grown to diversify into an exciting mix of musical and entertainment genres while still maintaining strong country roots.

The event includes traditional and modern country music, and entertainment within 10 venues and 8 bars. This includes folk, bluegrass, balladeers, the gospel, blues, bush poetry, clogging, line dancing, music industry forums, a celebrity guest debate and the momentous competition of the Maton Talent Search where future careers are established.

On top of this the Muster is more than just a spectacular celebration of music, over 50 community groups and 2000 volunteers annually help the Gympie Muster team stage this non-profit community-based festival to raise funds for charities Australia-wide. Since its inception, the Muster has raised over $14M for charities.

The event will be held from Thursday 22 – Sunday 25 August 2013.
