Growing up with one of the world’s most fashionable women as an aunt looks to have rubbed off on Lady Kitty Spencer.

The young aristocrat, who is the niece of the late Princess Diana, looked every bit the superstar as she stepped out in a stunning vintage-style Dolce & Gabbana dress for a charity gala in Milan, Italy on Saturday.

Walking the red carpet prior to the amfAR Gala at La Permanente, Lady Kitty stole the show in an intricately designed gown that featured a floral corset and floor-length tiered skirt.

The blonde beauty, 27, looked stunning with her straight locks pulled back into a low up-do with a pretty pink flower pinned to the side.

Kitty paired the dress with a silver necklace and bracelet and small silver studded earrings. Keeping with the pink theme, the model opted for a light pink lip to match her dress and a swipe of blush. While she highlighted her vibrant green eyes with dark eyeliner and mascara.

The model, who is the daughter of Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, was one of many famous faces to attend the elaborate event that is held in conjunction with Milan Fashion Week.

For the past 10 years, the annual charity dinner has raised awareness for amfAR, an international foundation dedicated to the support of AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment and education.

The model also showed off her stunning looks when she stepped on the runway earlier that same day in a vibrant patterned dress, featuring bold pops of red, blue, green and yellow.

The floor length dress was paired with a bright red handbag and heels, with added poms poms creating a fun and vibrant outfit.

It’s not the first time the young aristocrat has graced the runway, having walked in numerous fashion shows before and starred on the cover of elite magazines, including Vogue Japan and Tatler. Kitty has garnered close to 500,000 Instagram followers thanks to her slick photos that show her living it up at parties and exclusive holiday spots around the world.

When she’s not showing off her lavish lifestyle, Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin is seen working with homeless youth charity Centrepoint, of which she is patron. Like most of Britain’s elite she’s also incredibly well educated, having studied psychology, politics and English literature at the University of Cape Town, before taking up art history and Italian in Florence, Italy, and completing a master’s degree in luxury brand management from the European Business School London at Regent’s University London.

What do you think of Lady Kitty’s latest looks? Do you see the resemblance between Kitty and her aunt Princess Diana?
