What’s Jenny cooking? Strawberry Mousse

Take one punnet of strawberries, mix strawberries  with one ready made, but not set, strawberry jelly.

Melt 200 grams of white chocolate and mix into the strawberries, when cool add 500 ml of cream, then beat  until thickish.

Put in fridge overnight and enjoy the next day…Oh, top with more strawberries and extra cream!
