This recipe is basic scrambled eggs at its best with plenty of cream and butter to create that scrumptious taste with every bite. You can enjoy this recipe as is, or add tasty favourites to create something even more delicious. Try adding chopped mushrooms, bacon, feta cheese, tomatoes or parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 25g butter, chopped

Method:

  1. Whisk eggs and cream in a large bowl until frothy.
  2. Melt butter in frying pan. Add eggs and stir for two minutes.
