Recipe: Two Ingredient White Chocolate Fudge

Yes, this is real! Incredibly sweet and loaded with deliciousness, this fudge is best cut into bite sized pieces. Serve after dinner or even wrap in cellophane as a great and simple gift for friends.

Ingredients 

  • 500g white chocolate melts
  • 1 tub of vanilla or white chocolate store-bought frosting

 

Method

  • Melt the chocolate on the stove in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan filled with boiling water
  • Mix through frosting until the mixture thickens
  • Pour into a lined and greased tin or a greased mini-muffin tray
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
