These perfectly delicious macadamia and oat biscuits are a great substitute to feed the grandkids after school when you don’t want to hand them anything too unhealthy. While they still have an addictive flavour that will satisfy the sweet tooth, this is also a great way to sneak in some healthy nuts into the mix!
While this recipe is definitely hard to fault, if you want to add a bit more sweetness and texture to the snack, try adding in some dried cranberries right before you bake them and they’ll come out with a whole new flavour! Yum!
