Ingredients
4 chocolate muffins (can be store bought or home made)
50g sultanas
50g brown sugar
50g butter
75ml double cream
Vanilla ice cream
Method
Crumble muffins into four greased ramekins. Add the sultanas and bake in a 180C oven for 8 minutes until warmed through.
Meanwhile, place the sugar, butter and cream in a small pan and gently heat together, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Pour the sauce over the muffin mixture and serve warm with ice cream.
