A woman and her husband are at the dentist.
“I don’t have time for anaesthetic,” says the wife. “Just hurry up and pull the tooth.”
“You sure are a brave woman,” the dentist replies. “Just show me which tooth it is and you’ll be on your way.”
The woman turns to her husband. “Come on. Open your mouth, honey.”
