The 50-year-old celebrity chef better known for his incredible temper and outrageous outbursts on set has put a smile on many womens’ faces today, and almost broken the internet with the gratitude and happiness. 

He has posted a picture of himself shirtless on Instagram, at the Hawaii Ironman event.  

In a bit of fun for Sunday afternoon we give you the joy of joining in and cheering him on, or at least taking a look at what all the fuss felt right across the interweb was about.
