Easy banana bread cookies in three ingredients

If you’re running short of treats or desserts, this three-step, three-ingredient recipe is the perfect way to cap off your meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Method

  1. Mash 2 large overripe bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup rolled oats and ¼ cup chopped walnuts.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°. Enjoy!
