In 1963, this all girl R&B band released this hit song that stayed at number one on the charts for four weeks in 1963.

This pop, doo-wop song was sung by many and in 1971, the record producer for this song filed a lawsuit against ex-Beatle, George Harrison claiming that his song “My sweet lord” was plagiarising this hit.

This song, “He’s so fine” and the record company took on Harrison and won claiming over half a million dollars in penalties.
