An emotional Mark Vincent pays tribute to his grandfather and Mario Lanza

Share:

One can never stress the importance of grandparents on the lives of their grandchildren.  It was Australian tenor superstar Mark Vincent’s grandfather, Bruno, that would get him up to sing in his pizza shop.

Years later, not too many being the tender age of 23, Mark has released his eighth album which is a tribute to another important figure in his life the late great Mario Lanza. Mark sat down with Start at 60’s Ian Skippen to talk about Bruno, Mario, and working with the one and only Dame Julie Andrews on My Fair Lady.

Mark’s latest album A Tribute to Mario Lanza is available today – click here to order your copy online. If you are needing a taste of the amazing, and technological breakthrough, single that pairs Mario Lanza, who passed away in 1959 at the age of 38, and Mark Vincent.

An incredible talent that is paying tribute to those that paved the way for his amazing career.

How great is Mark Vincent?  What is your favourite film or song from Mario Lanza?
