A lemon slush is just the thing for a warm afternoon, and this recipe combines Solo, lemonade and fresh lemon juice for a refreshing frozen treat. Made in the Cuisinart Frost Fusion 6-in-1 Slushy & Soft Serve Maker, it’s easy to serve when the grandkids come over.
Makes: 1.1 litres
Ingredients
750ml Solo
250ml lemonade
100ml fresh lemon juice
Method
Add all the liquids to a jug and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the Cuisinart Frost Fusion and select the Slushy function at firmness level 3.
The machine will sound when the slush is ready. For a firmer, thicker consistency, increase the firmness level to 4 and run again.
Optional adult version: Add 150ml vodka and reduce the lemonade by 150ml. Keep this version for adults only.
