Remembrance Day is one of those special days on the calendar that reminds us to take a moment and think about the veterans who sacrificed so much for our country over the years.
To mark the occasion this year, SAS Ambassador Ian Skippen sat down with Vietnam War veteran and Gaythorne RSL sub branch President Merv Brown to chat about the Great War and why it’s so important we keep working to help all our returned soldiers.
Merv says the RSL is a great place to start as they provide much-needed support for veterans and their families and offer a community where they can go to talk and seek comfort.
