Queen Letizia of Spain stuns in wicked red dress

The Spanish royal stepped out for a celebratory evening.

Spain’s Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI have stepped out together to celebrate the 50th birthday of their close friend King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.

The couple attended the glamorous birthday party, which was held at The Hague in The Netherlands and practically stole the show as they posed for photographers on their way inside.

While King Felipe was looking dapper in a classic tuxedo, it was all eyes on his wife Queen Letizia who stunned in a floor-length red gown, complete with matching red heels.

The Stella McCartney dress (designed by Beatles alum Paul McCartney’s daughter) retails for a whopping $3205.99, but the Queen’s annual royal clothes budget had no problem fitting it in.

Queen Letizia is often hailed as one of the most daring royals when it comes to the fashion stakes, often sporting more eye-catching outfits than her counterparts.

The former journalist was married and divorced before she met King Felipe. They announced their engagement in 2003, married seven months later and now have two beautiful young daughters together.

What do you think of Queen Letizia’s dress? Are you a fan?
