Princess Eugenie has a new job

Princess Eugenie is finally seeing all of her hard work pay off, receiving a promotion at the prestigious contemporary art gallery she’s been employed at for the past two years.

Despite her young age — she’s only 27 — Eugenie has been promoted to Director at the Hauser & Wirth gallery in London’s upmarket suburb of Mayfair.

The princess took a job at the gallery in 2015 as associate director after returning from work at an auction house in New York.

At the time, a representative for the art house told HELLO! Online: “Princess Eugenie has joined Hauser & Wirth as an associate director, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team.”

It seems the princess is enjoying her dream career now after studying Art History, English Literature and Politics at university and graduating with a degree in English literature and history of art.

While her cousins Prince William and Prince Harry will spend the rest of their working life attending to their demanding royal duties, Eugenie and her sister Beatrice will be grinding it out in the workplace just like the rest of us.

The two princesses still maintain a low-key royal schedule, but do not have any official duties and do not receive money from the Privy Purse, instead relying on their own income to pay the bills.

Are you glad to see the princess working hard? Do you think the British royals handle their positions well?
