She already has 6.81 million followers on her Twitter account and yet she has only tweeted five times.
But with a new hashtag handle, Melania Trump looked set to take over the spot left by Michelle Obama in empowering women all over the world.
#Powerofthefirstlady appears in her latest tweet, with the comment “Applause to all women around the world who speak up, stand up and support other women!”
Applause to all women around the world who speak up, stand up and support other women! @emrata #PowerOfEveryWoman #PowerOfTheFirstLady

However, the response to her tweet has brought out the trolls on the social media site, with many people commenting about Trump and his apparent views on women.
@FLOTUS @emrata You should point out specifically all the women who came out to march AGAINST your husband and what he stands for. pic.twitter.com/OdoZhln7Ra

It has been a bit of a tough time for the new first lady, with plenty of critics of both herself and her husband making their opinions known in loud voices.
Some of those critics have since regretted their actions.
New York Times features writer Jacob Bernstein has since apologised for calling Melania a hooker; in a four part tweet on his own account.
2. Speaking at a party in what I thought was a personal conversation, I nevertheless made a stupid remark about the first lady.

It is not the first time she has received a public apology like this.
Last year Rosie O’Donnell apologised for comments about Melania’s son Barron, saying he might be autistic.
