You might remember reading earlier in the week about Margaret Court boycotting Qantas for supporting same-sex marriage?
She wrote a letter, voicing her opposition to Qantas becoming “an active promoter for same-sex marriage”.

Since the letter went viral, the response has been huge – and Court has been copping a lot of flak on social media.
Tennis star Martina Navratilova, who is openly gay, led the criticism of Court, calling for Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne to be renamed in the wake of her comments.
It’s a suggestion that gained some traction on social media, with plenty of people voicing their opinion both for and against.
Now, Court herself has hit back and claims she’s been the victim of bullying.
On The Project on Channel 10 last night, Court clashed with panellists Waleed Aly and Meshel Laurie over her views.
“It is because it’s in the Bible,” she said, explaining her beliefs.
“And my values even as a little girl and being brought up was that marriage was between a man and a woman, because the Bible says it and it’s in the beginning and God created man.”

She then went on to say people who opposed same-sex marriage were being “bullied” for their views.
“Many non-Christians agree with me that are out there. The farmers, just ordinary people… We’re getting persecuted, we’re getting bullied because we do have free speech also,” Court said.
“It’s very, very much one way.”
Meanwhile she told Nine News she has “nothing against homosexuals”.
“With homosexual people, they can live their lives and live it whatever way they please, but don’t touch marriage between a man and a woman, because children need a mother and a father and that’s the way it was ordained in the beginning and we should look at that and value that,” Court said.
“When we move away from God’s values and morals and things such a decline starts to come in a nation.
“I think if Qantas don’t stop bullying other companies and banks and everybody and we see it now happening all over the place I think it’s very wrong I think individual people should have their say and you know its not just Christianity, there’s wonderful people out there from all backgrounds who have values and morals and just like me they don’t agree in gay marriage and it shouldn’t come in with marriage and that’s how I feel.”
As the furore continues, Court has also been slammed by openly-gay Aussie tennis star Casey Dellacqua over a letter she wrote about Dellacqua and her partner Amanda Judd having a baby.
