This year marks the 10th anniversary of the disappearance of  Madeleine McCann.

No doubt you remember her blonde hair and big eyes all over our TV screens back in 2007, and feeling so sorry for her parents.

Now, her parents are praying for a 2017 ‘miracle’ and they still believe their daughter is out there somewhere.

The Mirror reports that a social media campaign, supported by the McCanns, has put up a new post for 2017.

“We still have great hope and believe in miracles. Thank you for continuing to be by our side. Let’s get her home.” it reads.

The couple also posted a worldwide Christmas message, reaffirming their belief someone out there knows what happened to their daughter.

“Somebody knows. We just hope they find the courage and compassion to let us know too.” they told the Mirror.

Like many of us, the McCanns are hoping 2017 can be a year of miracles and it looks like it very well could be.

You might remember reading a few weeks ago about a new lead into Madeleine’s disappearance?

Well, it’s being reported that Scotland Yard detectives are investigating a lead that’s being described as a “last throw of the dice” in finding the now 13-year-old.

But investigators have just three months to investigate their new “important” tip until their guaranteed government funding runs out.

Until then, the McCanns will be praying for their miracle.

It’s something many of us will be doing this year, whether it’s praying for a miracle for better health or a cure to cancer.

Tell us, what are you praying for this year? Do you believe in miracles?

  1. re madeleine McCann,i am into esp for the last 36 years ,long story but I saw her 4 days before she went missing even got her name told it was going to happen told a friend 2 days before she went missing ,been out to luz 7 times looking for her .yes I did find her but nobody wants to know ,in dec 2009 I walked 3 miles to luz down to the beach as I turn around to walk off there is a girl holding onto the rail of the café ,I though what do you do now look at her eyes they were blue so it could not be her then some thing said there is some thing wrong with her eyes what it was they had no dark outer circle to them they were blue all over ,so it could not be her then she said have you come to take me home I did not know what to do .I though I was losing it 15 min later I went back down there took 3 photos of the area. when I came home friends said she had contact lens in .so it bugged me so feb 2010 for my birthday I went back got a apartment just by the café ,i video 2 girls one with long hair with sun glasses on the other next day girl has ponytail but when ii came home its the same girl the couple she is with the man has no2 on his top both days you have to ask yourself why is a English girl with a foreign couple ,I now find out from my trip dec 2016 that the couple are germans that come & go like having a holiday home there its a long story

Her Parents’ must still hold onto hope in finding her.

BUT, she’s long gone, & probably like other kidnapped child/ren, dead within 24 hours’………

That was an expensive Dinner they had, without their children by their sides’.

There’s no way I’d EVER leave my children in an Hotel room, especially in a foreign Country.

    Very sad case.

Everyone needs to step away from the presented narrative that she was ‘kidnapped’ or ‘taken’.. Do some research, for instance watch Richard D Halls Richplane.net website videos which show the intensive research that has been done to get to the bottom of this unfortunate event. I really do recommend it to anyone who has a real concern and interest in the Mccann situation.
In summary, the media has mislead us all. Madaleine is 99.9% no longer with us, and her parents know all about it. This sounds outrageous does it not? Just take the time out to have a look for yourself.
