There was outrage here on SAS last week when it was revealed that wife killer Gerard Baden-Clay could end up with some of his wife Allison’s estate.
Allison’s family had filed a claim with the Supreme Court to stop Baden-Clay from accessing her superannuation or life insurance payouts.
Now a judge has made a ruling on Allison’s estate and it looks like Baden-Clay won’t get a cent.
The ABC reports that Justice Peter Applegarth ruled in favour of Allison’s family, declaring that Baden-Clay wasn’t entitled to any of her estate.

As you would remember, Baden-Clay murdered his wife Allison in 2012, and was officially found guilty in 2014.
An appeal saw his sentence downgraded to manslaughter, which ended up being overturned and reinstated to a murder conviction last year.
While many people were outraged that Allison’s family have had to go to court to block Baden-Clay from her estate, it turns out, as the ABC reports, that the wife killer didn’t oppose their application to block him from the estate.
